The board of directors of Baltic Sea Properties AS (BALT; “the Company”) has
resolved to distribute a cash dividend. The resolution has been made pursuant to
the authorisation granted by the Company's annual general meeting on 15 May
2025. The distribution will be in form of repayment of paid-up share capital
premium.
