Beslutning om flytting av 3T Global Bidco Plc obligasjonslån fra Euronext ABM til Euronext Oslo Børs

3T Global Bidco Plc har i brev 14. mai 2025 søkt om flytting av selskapets
obligasjonslån 3TGB01 PRO fra Euronext ABM til Euronext Oslo Børs. Saken
behandles som en strykning i henhold til ABM-reglene pkt. 6.1 (2) og ny notering
på Euronext Oslo Børs. Euronext Oslo Børs har i dag fattet følgende beslutning:

«Obligasjonene utstedt av obligasjonslån 3T Global Bidco Plc 3TGB01 PRO strykes
fra Euronext ABM fra og med 15.05.2025. Første noteringsdag på Euronext Oslo
Børs vil være 16.05.2025.»
