INDUCT AS – New share capital registered
Oslo, Norway, 12 May 2025
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Induct AS (the
"Company") on 7 May 2025 regarding delivery of the new shares in the private
placement, the pre-commitment fee shares, in addition to the issuance of new
shares to certain employees, a supplier and NPP Capital as settlement of the
Company's debt to the aforementioned.
The share capital increases pertaining to the above have now been registered
with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share
capital is NOK 2 902 233,10 divided into 29,022,331 shares, each with a par
value of NOK 0.10.
