at 9.00 (CEST). The meeting will be held at the Company’s offices at Beddingen

also provide a proxy. Deadline for pre-registration and proxy is Friday 9 May
2025 at 16.00 (CEST). The notice of the Annual General Meeting, including the
attendance and proxy forms and the proposed resolutions for the annual general
meeting is attached to this announcement.
