Arribatec Group ASA Completes Divestment of Arribatec Hospitality to Convene AS

Oslo, March 14, 2025 – Arribatec Group ASA ("Arribatec") has successfully
completed the divestment of Arribatec Hospitality to Convene AS for an equity
valuation of NOK 12.5 million. The transaction is part of Arribatec’s ongoing
strategy to refine its business focus while further strengthening its financial
position.

Convene, a company with extensive experience in technology-driven business
solutions, brings the expertise and strategic commitment needed to support the
continued expansion and development of the hospitality business. With Convene as
the new owner, Arribatec Hospitality is now well-positioned for future growth.
