Ferde AS – Bonds with guarantee from the Vestland County Municipality rated AA+ by Scope Ratings

With reference to the stock exchange notice on November 24 2024, Ferde received
an AA+ issuer rating from Scope Ratings.

Debt issued by Ferde AS is secured by project specific guarantees (selvskyldner
garanti) mainly from the three owning county municipalities of Vestland,
Rogaland and Agder.

On February 28 2025, the Vestland County Municipality received an AA+ (Stable)
rating from Scope Ratings.

As of today, March 3 2025, all bonds and commercial papers issued by Ferde AS
with Vestland County Municipality as guarantor have been assigned a long term
issuer rating of AA+ (Stable) and a short term rating of S-1+/Stable by Scope
