Avance Gas Holding Ltd (“Avance Gas”) has today transferred 19,147,342 shares in
BW LPG Limited to Avance Gas shareholders in relation to distribution for the
fourth quarter 2024.

Following the above, Avance Gas holds 134,658 shares in BW LPG, representing
0.08% shareholding.
