Member in Reach Subsea ASA, has today purchased 94,412 shares in Reach Subsea
ASA at NOK 7.90 per share. Vest-Norsk Handelskompani AS owns 700,000 shares
after this transaction. Further, Kristine Skeie privately owns 3,312 shares.
