Titan Venture AS has today, 10.02.25, bought 3,476,775 shares in Arribatec Group
ASA. Titan Venture AS has hereby crossed the 10% ownership mark and owns
49,495,115 shares in Arribatec Group ASA, which is equivalent to 10.3% of the
outstanding shares. In addition, Titan Venture AS holds 15,384,502 warrants,
representing 3,21% of the outstanding shares.

Trading Act.
