Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Zwipe AS (the
"Company") on 23 December 2024 regarding the final allocation of a rights issue
of units, consisting of shares and warrants, with preferential rights for
existing shareholders raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 40 million
(the "Rights Issue").

The share capital pertaining to the Rights Issue has now been registered with
the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The
Company's new share capital is NOK 27,772,584.80, divided into 277,725,848
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
