Haugesund Sparebank utsteder nytt senior usikret MREL tellende obligasjonslån, utvidelse av obligasjonslån og tilbakekjøp

Haugesund Sparebank har i dag utstedt et nytt senior usikret MREL-tellende
obligasjonslån. Obligasjonen har flytende rente og løpetid på 3 år. Lånebeløp er
NOK 250 000 000 og kupongen er 3 måneders NIBOR + 0,62 %
Haugesund Sparebank har også utvidet følgende obligasjonslån: HGSB38 PRO |ISIN
NO0013367664. Utvidelse NOK 100 millioner. Ny beholdning er NOK 400 millioner,
ramme er NOK 500 millioner.

Banken har samtidig kjøpt tilbake HGSB27 PRO|ISIN NO11031361 med NOK 245
millioner.
