ININ GROUP AS: Call option redemption price

Reference is made to the press release published by ININ Group AS (the
"Company") on 9 December 2027 and on 27 December 2024 regarding the exercise of
the option to redeem all outstanding bonds (the "Bonds") under its senior
secured NOK 300,000,000 bond issue (ININ01) with ISIN NO0013105114 (the "Call
Option").

Please find attached notice from Nordic Trustee AS to the bondholders regarding
calculation of the redemption price.
