Kraft Bank ASA mottok 2. april 2024 Finanstilsynets endelige vurdering av Kraft
Banks risiko og kapitalbehov (SREP), vurdering av forhøyet kapitalkrav (pilar
2-krav) og Finanstilsynets forventning til foretakets kapitalkravsmargin.
Opprinnelig vedtak tilsa at Pilar 2 krav og kapitalkravsmargin skulle oppfylles
med 100 % ren kjernekapital. Finanstilsynet opphevet dette vedtaket 19. desember
2024. Kapital som benyttes for å oppfylle det foretaksspesifikke kapitalkravet,
skal heretter bestå av minimum 56,25 prosent ren kjernekapital og 75 prosent
kjernekapital.
Bankens totale kapitalkrav er uendret, men endringen er positiv og gir banken
mer fleksibilitet i kapitalplanleggingen.
