Det henvises til børsmelding publisert av Måsøval AS ("Måsøval" eller
"Selskapet") den 10. oktober 2024, vedørende den foreslåtte fisjonen og
trekantfusjonen.

Det vil avholdes ekstraordinær generalforsamling i Selskapet den 25. oktober
2024 kl. 11.00 i Selskapets lokaler i Nordfrøyveien 413, 7260 SISTRANDA, for å
behandle den foreslåtte fisjonen og trekantfusjonen.

Innkalling til ekstraordinær generalforsamling vil bli sendt elektronisk til
alle aksjonærer med kjent adresse, og er også vedlagt børsmeldingen og gjort
tilgjengelig på Selskapets nettside: https://www.masoval.no/. Fisjons- og
trekantfusjonsplan inkludert vedlegg vil også gjøres tilgjengelig på Selskapets
hjemmeside.
