Sparebanken Sogn og Fjordane har i dag gjennomført ekstraordinær
generalforsamling i tråd med innkalling sendt 19. september. Alle saker vart
vedtatt i tråd med innkalling. Dette inkluderer også vedtak om namneendring til
SpareBank 1 Sogn og Fjordane. Namneendring vil som følgje av dette bli meldt til
foretaksregisteret og oppdatert der. Referat frå generalforsamling vil bli lagt
ut på ssf.no når det er ferdig signert.
