Haugesund Sparebank (kredittvurdering BBB+ med stabile utsikter fra Nordic
Credit Rating) har i dag utstedt et nytt evigvarende fondsobligasjonslån på NOK
50 millioner med ISIN NO0013335430.
Kupongrenten utgjør 3 måneders Nibor +3,40 prosentpoeng p.a. Innbetalingsdato er
16. september 2024.

Fondsobligasjonen har innløsningsrett for utsteder første gang 17. desember 2029
forutsatt godkjennelse fra Finanstilsynet, hvis påkrevet. Utstedelsen er
godkjent av bankens generalforsamling. Lånet vil bli søkt notert på Nordic ABM.
