NEW STADSHYPOTEK AB (publ) NOK COVERED BENCHMARK BOND - MANDATE

Stadshypotek AB (publ) has mandated Danske Bank, DNB, Handelsbanken, Nordea and
SEB to explore the possibilitites for a new NOK floating rate note, lcr lvl 1,
covered bond transaction with an expected maturity September 12, 2029 . The
transaction is expected to be launched in the near future, depending on market
conditions.
