Reference is made to the announcement earlier today, and Helgeland Kraft AS (BBB
/ Stable by Scope) has successfully issued a new NOK 500 million 10-year senior
unsecured green bond issue with fixed rate. The coupon is set to 4.65 % p.a.
with an issue price of 100.00 % of par value. Settlement date is 11 September
2024.

The new bond issues will be applied for listing at Nordic ABM.

DNB Markets acted as sole manager of the transaction.
