once again achieves positive Adjusted EBITDA – forecast for full year 2024

million); Adjusted EBITDA at EUR 7 million (H1 2023: EUR 41.2 million)
- Revenues of Mutares Holding increased to EUR 58.3 million in the first half of
2024 (H1 2023: EUR 52.1 million), net income of EUR 53.0 million in the first
half of 2024 (H1 2023: EUR 13.2 million), boosted by the exit of Frigoscandia
- Setting the course for further internationalization and geographical expansion
