EAM Solar ASA: Anke av voldgiftsdom

I februar 2024 avsa voldgiftsdomstolen i Milano sin kjennelse i
voldgiftsprosedyren initiert av Aveleos SA mot EAM Solar ASA (se børsmelding
datert 29. februar 2024). Denne kjennelsen ble supplert med en avklaring av
renteberegning 15. mai 2024.

EAM har blitt informert om at motparten, Aveleos, har anket voldgiftsdommen til
lagmannsretten i Milano. EAM vil samarbeide med sine juridiske rådgivere i
Italia for å svare på anken. Tidslinjen for ankebehandlingen er foreløpig ikke
kjent.
