Proximar Seafood AS - Yasumitsu Himeno joins as Corporate Development Director and consequently resigns from the Board of Directors

Yokohama/Bergen, 31 May 2024.

Proximar is pleased to announce that Yasumitsu Himeno will join the company as
Corporate Development Director in Proximar Ltd, starting 3 June. In conjunction
with him taking a position in the administration, he will resign from the Board
of Directors of Proximar Seafood AS.

Himeno brings more than 30 years’ experience from the Japanese and international
financial markets, covering a broad range of experience including project
finance, structured finance, M&A, and private equity. Since 2021, he has been
working for a family-owned company based in Japan. Himeno has previously been
working with companies including Sojitz, Glencore, Morgan Stanley, Merrill
Lynch, The World Bank Group and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank.

Following the resignation of Yasumitsu Himeno from the Board of Directors, the
