Sandnes Sparebank: Vellykket utstedelse av fondsobligasjon

Rogaland Sparebank

Sandnes Sparebank har i dag den 28 mai 2024 utstedt en ny evigvarende
fondsobligasjon på NOK 100 millioner med flytende rente og ISIN NO0013251199.
Kupongrenten utgjør 3 måneders Nibor + 3,05 prosentpoeng.

Innbetalingsdato er satt til 4. juni 2024. Fondsobligasjonslånet har
innløsningsrett første gang for utsteder 4. august 2029, forutsatt godkjennelse
fra Finanstilsynet, dersom påkrevet.

Lånet vil bli søkt notert på Nordic ABM, og utstedelsen er godkjent av bankens
generalforsamling.

DNB Markets og Nordea var tilretteleggere av transaksjonen.
