Clean Seas Seafood Limited (ASX: CSS, OSE: CSS) announces that Director Gilbert
Vergeres has resigned as Non Executive Director effective 3 May 2024. Gilbert
has resigned for personal reasons and has been a member of the Board since 2
March 2020.

“I thank Gilbert for his service and wish him all the best for their future
endeavours.” said Chair Travis Dillon.

The Board has commenced a search for new Directors to ensure that the Board
continues to have the appropriate mix of skills and knowledge of the industry.
