Gigante Salmon AS: Oppdatering på finansiering

Det vises til børsmeldingen datert 19. mars 2024 vedrørende oppdatert
kostnadsestimat for ferdigstillelse av produksjonsanlegget i Rødøy, som utgjør i
størrelsesorden 350 MNOK utover tidligere investeringsestimat. Som tidligere
annonsert, planlegger Gigante Salmon AS ("Selskapet") å dekke kostnadsøkningen
gjennom en kombinasjon av egenkapital- og lånefinansiering.

Selskapet kan informere om at Selskapet har mottatt tilsagn på lånefinansiering
på 120 MNOK fra SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge. Finansieringen er støttet av
Eksportfinansiering Norge (Eksfin). Videre har Gigante Havbruk AS (Selskapets
største aksjonær) bekreftet at de støtter en egenkapitalfinansiering av
Selskapet med et tegningsbeløp på opp til 130 MNOK.

Ved forrige emisjon i oktober 2023, hentet Selskapet 100 MNOK mer enn det da
identifiserte kapitalbehov. Med 100 MNOK fra emisjonen i oktober,
lånefinansering på 120 MNOK fra SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge og en indikasjon fra
Gigante Havbruk AS for 130 MNOK i en ny egenkapitaltilførsel, har Gigante Salmon
AS en strukturert plan for å dekke de økte kostnadene for byggearbeidene i
Rødøy.

Selskapets styre har engasjert SpareBank 1 Markets ("Tilrettelegger") som
finansiell rådgiver i den planlagte egenkapitalfinansieringen. Sammen med
Selskapet forventer Tilrettelegger å igangsette diskusjoner med sentrale
aksjonærer og investorer og at en egenkapitalfinansering vil la seg gjennomføre
i andre kvartal 2024. Enhver transaksjon som beskrevet over er betinget av
markedsforhold og nødvendige selskapsbeslutninger.
