Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA | Minutes from the Annual General Meeting and appointment of new board member

Oslo, Norway, 16 April 2024: The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Cloudberry
Clean Energy ASA was held today. Please find attached the minutes from the
meeting. All items on the agenda were approved by the General Meeting in
accordance with the proposals made by the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the proposal from the Nomination Committee, Mads Andersen was
elected as a new board member, replacing Stefanie Witte. After this, the Board
of Directors consists of:

.             Benedicte H. Fossum

.             Henrik Joelsson

.             Nicolai Nordstrand

.             Alexandra Koefoed

.             Mads Andersen

The Board is elected until the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2025.
