Reference is made to the announcement made 1. March 2024 regarding a new 8 year
FRN bond of MNOK 400

The total amount is increased from MNOK 400 to MNOK 700 upon issuance of the
bond. The bond carries a coupon of 3m Nibor + 0.715 % p.a. The proceeds will be
used for financing and refinancing of investments in the Rogfast project.

Nordea acted as Sole Manager for the bond issue.
