Ferde AS has successfully issued a 3 year bond amounting to a total of NOK 350
million. The bond carries a coupon of 3m Nibor + 0.528 % p.a. The proceeds will
be used for financing and refinancing of investments in the Nordhordlandspakken
project.

SEB acted as Sole Manager for the bond issue.
