Navamedic ASA: Notification of major shareholding and mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 20 February 2023 - Ingerø Reiten Investment Company AS ("IRIC"), a company
controlled by Narve Reiten and a close associate to the chairman Terje Bakken
and board member Narve Reiten in Navamedic ASA ("Navamedic"), has today sold
597,424 shares in Navamedic at a price per share of NOK 37 for total gross
proceeds of approximately NOK 22 million. The shares were sold to two Nordic
institutional investors. The shares sold equals approximately 3.4 per cent of
the share capital and votes in Navamedic, reducing IRIC's holding of shares and
votes from 20.53% to 17.1%. IRIC has no other rights to shares in Navamedic.
