Frøy Kapital AS har i dag kjøpt 4 761 904 aksjer i Måsøval AS. Administrerende
direktør i Frøy Kapital AS, Roger Granheim, er styremedlem og primærinnsider i
Måsøval AS.

Etter kjøpet eier Frøy Kapital AS og dets morselskap, Gåsø Næringsutvikling AS,
til sammen 6 117 036 aksjer i Måsøval AS, tilsvarende 4,99 prosent av utestående
aksjer.

Denne opplysningen er informasjonspliktig etter MAR artikkel 19 og
verdipapirhandelloven §5-12.
