Komplett ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - primary insiders

Oslo, 13 December 2023: Wenche Abelseth, a related party to primary insider and
CCO Andreas Westgaard, has on 11 December 2023, bought 5 500 shares in Komplett
ASA at a price of NOK 8.7018 per share.

The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction,
Westgaard and related parties own 58 147 shares in Komplett ASA.
