Komplett ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - primary insiders

Oslo, 12 December 2023: Group CEO Jaan Ivar Semlitsch has today, 12 December
2023, bought 55 000 shares in Komplett ASA at a price of NOK 9.4498 per share.

The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction,
Semlitsch and related parties own 180 000 shares in Komplett ASA.
