Ferde AS has today increased FERDE32 PRO, ISIN NO0012992215, bond maturing
24.08.2028 with NOK 500 million at price corresponding to 3m Nibor + 0.6777%
p.a. New outstanding volume will be NOK 1500 million.

The net proceeds will be used for financing and refinancing of investments in
the E39 Kristiansand vest - Lyngdal project. DNB acted as Manager for the
transaction.
