Aider Konsern AS: Contemplated tap issue

OSLO, November [29], 2023 – Aider Konsern AS has mandated DNB Markets as Sole
Bookrunner to explore the possibility of a potential tap issue of up to NOK 125
million in its outstanding senior secured bond issue due May 20, 2026, with ISIN
NO0012520495. The current outstanding amount is NOK 750 million. The
contemplated tap issue has been initiated by a reversed inquiry.
Net proceeds from the bond issue shall be used towards acquisitions.
