Clarke - has acquired 3,000 shares in Baltic Sea Properties AS (BALT) at a price
per share of NOK 48.00.

UAB Baltic Equity owns upon completion of the transaction, 1,832,721 shares,
equal to 27.40 %, in Baltic Sea Properties AS.
