Sparebanken Møre: Vellykket utstedelse av SNP obligasjonslån

Sparebanken Møre (utstederrating A1/stable fra Moody’s) har torsdag 26. oktober
2023 utstedt to nye bullet senior non preferred obbligasjonlån, begge pålydende
NOK 500 millioner og med fast kupongrente på 5,59%pa. Obligasjonene har
endelig forfall etter henholdsvis 3,5 år og 6 år. Tilrettelegger for lånene har
vært SEB og Sparebank 1 Markets.
Lånet vil bli søkt notert på Nordic ABM.
