Medistim ASA - Disclosure of large shareholding and transactions by close associates

1,900,219 shares in Medistim ASA were today, 27 September 2023, resolved to be
transferred from Aeternum Capital AS to Acapital MEDI HoldCo AS ("HoldCo") by
way of a capital contribution in-kind. Aeternum Capital AS is managed by
Aeternum Management AS. HoldCo is a 100% owned subsidiary of Aeternum Capital
AS. Consequently, no change of beneficial ownership to the shares in Medistim
ASA occurs as a result of the transfer, only the direct holder of the shares.

Following the transfer, HoldCo holds 1,900,219 shares in Medistim ASA, equal to
approx. 10.36% of the votes and share capital. Aeternum Capital AS holds no
shares in Medistim ASA directly following the transfer. No other rights to
shares in Medistim ASA are held by any of the above mentioned entities.

Both Aeternum Capital AS and HoldCo are closely associated persons of Anthea
Arff-Pettersen, board member and primary insider in Medistim ASA. Please see
