KMCP– Flagging HAAS 11,89%

HAAS AS has called an option to sell 30 000 000 shares in KMC Properties ASA.
The shares are expected to be transferred and settled on or about 11 January
2024.

HAAS currently owns 76 875 801 shares. Following the transfer of the shares,
and the announced issuance of 50 000 000 new shares in KMC Properties to
Nordika, HAAS will own 46 875 801 shares in KMC Properties, representing 11.89
%.
