Protector Forsikring ASA withdraws from the nomination committee in Dustin Group AB

Jonas Backman, representative from Protector Forsikring ASA herby withdraws from
the nomination committee in Dustin Group AB (Dustin).

Yesterday, Protector Forsikring ASA held a meeting with Dustin's CEO and Axel
Johnson and sent a letter to the Board of Directors, the main message being that
the proposed equity raises in size and especially timing constitute a large
conflict of interest in the shareholder base – and is value destructive.

Protector Forsikring ASA can therefore not stand behind reelection of the Board,
and we hereby confirm that we plan to vote against the proposal on the
Extraordinary General Meeting intended to be held on November 10, 2023.
