Kistefos AS - New bond issue and fixed income investor meetings

28 August 2023 - Kistefos AS (“Kistefos”) has mandated ABG Sundal Collier,
Arctic Securities and DNB Markets to arrange a series of fixed income investor
meetings commencing 28 August 2023. A new minimum NOK 750 million 5-year senior
unsecured floating rate bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market
conditions.

In connection with the potential new bond issue, Kistefos will offer a
conditional buyback of its outstanding bond with ticker "KIST07 PRO" (ISIN
NO0010892136), which will be contingent upon subscription in the new bond issue.
