Ferde AS has mandated DNB Markets as Sole Bookrunner for a contemplated new bond
issue.

The bond has on demand guarantee (selvskyldnergaranti) from the county Agder.
Subject to market conditions, issue of a NOK 5 year FRN bond with a total
aggregate amount of up to NOK 1,000 million may follow. Use of proceeds will be
to refinance and finance investments in the E39 Kristiansand vest - Lyngdal
project. Manufacturer target market (MiFID II product governance) is eligible
counterparties and professional clients only (all distribution channels). No
PRIIPs key information document (KID) has been prepared as not deemed within
scope.
