Ferde AS has successfully issued a 5 year bond amounting to a total of NOK 1 000
million. The bond carries a coupon of 3m Nibor + 0.67 % p.a.

The net proceeds will be used for financing and refinancing of investments in
the E39 Kristiansand vest - Lyngdal project. DNB acted as Sole Bookrunner for
the bond issue.
