Reference is made to the company's previous stock exchange announcement on 10
August 2023 regarding the company's sale of own shares in connection with the
share purchase program for employees.

Gunnar Larsen, primary insider of HAV Group ASA, has on 10 August 2023 received
3.903 shares at a price of NOK 10,25 per share (closing price on 9 August 2023).
In line with the share purchase program, a discount of NOK 6.000 has also been
given. After receipt of the shares, Gunnar Larsen holds 35.961 shares in HAV
Group ASA.

Marius Koksvik, primary insider of HAV Group ASA, has on 10 August 2023 received
3.903 shares at a price of NOK 10,25 per share (closing price on 9 August 2023).
In line with the share purchase program, a discount of NOK 6.000 has also been
given. After receipt of the shares, Marius Koksvik holds 9.074 shares in HAV
Group ASA.
