INDUCT - MINUTES FROM ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 23 JUNE 2023

Reference is made to an invitation sent to shareholders to participate in
Induct's Ordinary General Meeting. The Ordinary General Meeting was held Friday
23 June 2023 at 14.00 PM.

Each of the resolutions set out in the Meeting Notice was duly passed. The
signed minutes of the meeting are attached hereto.
