Fertiberia completes the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Fertimix BV.

As a follow-up to the publication made by the Company on 23 November 2022,
Fertiberia, S.A., a subsidiary of the Company, has completed the acquisition of
100% of the share capital of Fertimix BV, a fertiliser wholesaler with logistics
assets in Belgium and the Netherlands, once the closing conditions have been
fulfilled.
