Haugesund Sparebank utsteder nytt senior obligasjonslån

Haugesund Sparebank har i dag utstedt et nytt senior obligasjonslån på NOK 200
mill. med forfall 19. mars 2027. Lånets ramme er NOK 400 mill og vil søkes
notert på Nordic ABM.

Oppgjør for transaksjonen er 20. juni 2023.

Danske Bank var tilrettelegger for transaksjonene.
