Terje Mjøs, a newly elected member of the board of directors of Arribatec Group
ASA, has through Terje Mjøs Holding AS, a company controlled by Mr.Mjøs, on June
6, 2023 purchased 70.000 shares in Arribatec Group ASA at an average price of
NOK 5.9610 per share. After this transaction, Mr.Mjøs, directly and indirectly,
controls 100 000 shares in the company.
