Minutes from the Annual General Meeting of ADS Maritime Holding Plc

The Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) of ADS Maritime Holding Plc (the
“Company”) was held today at the Company’s registered office at OSM House, 22
Amathountos, 4532 Ayios Tychonas, Limassol, Cyprus. The AGM resolved the
approval of all matters proposed in the AGM Notice dated 4 May 2023. The minutes
of the AGM are attached.
