Sandnes Sparebank: Vellykket utstedelse av fondsobligasjonslån

Utsteder

Rogaland Sparebank

Sandnes Sparebank har i dag utstedt et nytt fondsobligasjonslån på NOK 100
millioner med flytende rente. Kupongrenten utgjør 3 måneders Nibor +4,15
prosentpoeng p.a.

Innbetalingsdato er 1. juni 2023.

Det evigvarende fondsobligasjonslånet har innløsningsrett første gang for
utsteder 1. juni 2028 forutsatt godkjennelse fra Finanstilsynet, dersom
påkrevet.

Utstedelsen er godkjent av bankens forstanderskap. Lånet vil bli søkt notert på
Nordic ABM.

Nordea og SpareBank 1 Markets var tilretteleggere av transaksjonen.
