INDUCT - INTERIM REPORT Q1 2023

The Interim report for Q1 2023 for Induct AS has been approved by the Board of
Directors.

• Platform revenues increased by 15,6 % from Q1 2022 to Q1 2023, from NOK 4,5
million to NOK 5,2 million.
• A stable and high gross margin on platform revenues at 94,9 % in Q1 2023.
• Total revenues increased by 11,3 % from Q1 2022 to Q1 2023, from NOK 5,3
million to NOK 5,9 million.
• Due to a more conservative activation practice in OSINT Analytics, our EBITDA
has been reduced by NOK 1,1 million from NOK 2,8 million to NOK 1,7 million in
Q1 2023, compared to NOK 2,7 million in Q1 2022.
• Ad revenues generated from 140 countries in Q1 2023.
• Grantway had more than 170 000 funding opportunities available across 186
countries on March 31st, 2023.
