Ordinær generalforsamling i Q-Free ASA avholdes onsdag 24. mai 2023 kl 12.00.
Møtet blir avholdt elektronisk via generalforsamlingsportalen administrert av
Euronext Securities Oslo.

Innkalling med dagsorden samt skjema for påmelding og fullmakt er sendt til alle
aksjonærer med kjent adresse, registrert i VPS pr 28. april 2023.

I henhold til selskapets vedtekter er innkallingen og saksdokumentene med
forslag til vedtak i de enkelte saker samt påmeldings- og fullmaktsskjema,
tilgjengelig på selskapets nettside www.q-free.com/ir/corporate

Ved henvendelse til selskapet vil man kunne få tilsendt innkalling og
